Sea of Thieves Legend of the Veil Animations - NPCs

While working on Legend of the Veil I had the pleasure of working on Belle, Sudds and the Pirate Lord!

I created a whole new set of NPC animations for Sudds, creating animations of him peering over his glasses/goggles trying to get a good look at the player as he hands over his notes.

For Belle I created an animation for when she gives the player her lantern. This animation had to be versatile as 10 different voice lines could play over the top of this one animation.

I also created the hand poses for both the Veilstones and the Athena jar

Finally I was lucky enough to animate the entire final cutscene! The cutscene was separated into 6 different voice lines which I acted out (With embarrassing results) and animated. I have loved working with these characters. They are all so full of life and backstory so it was a pleasure to get to add to that.
